Love Light Peace Holistic Wellbeing was born from a personal journey of transformation, growth, and the desire to help others find balance in their own life.

It all started with a simple yet powerful practice—journaling.

During a challenging time, I turned to writing as a way to process my thoughts, always signing off with the words Love, Light, Peace to all, Namaste.

Little did I know, those words would later shape my path.

During the pandemic, I discovered a passion for candle-making. What started as a hobby soon became a deeper learning experience, and I trained to become a certified chandler. I created Love Light Peace Candles, gifting them to friends and later selling them to support charitable causes.

But my journey didn’t stop there. I felt a calling to explore mindfulness more deeply, not just as a personal practice but as a way to help others.

Over the last few years, I became a Certified Master Mindfulness Practitioner, a Meditation Teacher, and expanded into Mindful Movement, Holistic Health & Wellbeing, and Holistic Life Coaching.

Like many, I’ve faced moments of self-doubt, but the practices I’ve learned have helped me step beyond limiting beliefs and embrace new possibilities. Now, my mission is to guide others on their own journeys—helping them find peace, clarity, and a way to navigate life with greater ease.
